Actually, WhatsApp gives its users a facility under which users can download photos and videos from their WhatsApp account for 30 days. These files are saved on WhatsApp's server for 30 days and after that there is no use. If this one month has passed, then you cannot download photo video.

However, if you want, in addition to your photos and videos in time, you can send other chats to Gmail. Also, you can back up data by going to the drive of the app.

- If this has not happened, then go to your WhatsApp and open the chat option.

- Then go to where you want to download the picture or file.

- If you click on this picture or video that looks blur, then it will be downloaded, but the condition is that the sender has not deleted it from his phone.
