TRAI launches new app, know how to choose your favorite channels with the help of it

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Thursday introduced a new app, giving great convenience to DTH and cable users across the country. With the help of this app, users can select and delete channels of their choice. Launching the app, TRAI said that after the new rules were implemented, it was seen that customers were facing difficulties in choosing and removing channels of their choice on portals of service providers. The app will be available for Android and iOS users and will allow DTH operators like Tata Sky, Dish TV, d2h and Airtel TV to select and remove channels from Hathway, SITI Networks, In Digital and Asianet cable operators. Apart from this, more operators will be added to it.

The specialty of this app will be that it will provide the facility to select and remove channels of all types of cable and DTH operators in one place, so users will not have to download different apps.
