Money transfer can now be done on WhatsApp, know how payment service will work

WhatsApp finally started its payment service after a long trial. This feature of Facebook owned company being tested by millions of people has been launched. WhatsApp Payment was first introduced not in India but in Brazil. After this, people will now be able to transfer money in addition to chatting with the help of WhatsApp. However, this money will be from the feature Facebook Pay introduced last year by the transfer company.

After the launch of this service, WhatsApp has written in its blogpost, this service is currently free but business will have to pay 3.99 percent processing fees to get the money. They will be able to transfer money with the help of 6 digit PIN or fingerprint scan. To use it, the user has to link his WhatsApp account to Visa or Mastercard's credit or debit card.

Zuckerberg has also written a post. In it, he wrote that today we are introducing WhatsApp payment service for people in Brazil. With its help, people will be able to send and receive money. With this, small traders will get the option to sell in it. For this, we are building on Facebook which will allow users to secure money transfer.
